MiniSKY Plus Cable Jetting Machine
The MiniSKY is an air blowing machine for optic cables, ideal for economical insertion of fiber cables into thin wall HDPE ducts. It is appropriate for fiber cable diameter from 2.5mm to 16 mm.
Fiber Optic Cable Jetting Machine MiniSKY is powered by a single air motor and therefore does not require electric power. High-pressure air is supplied from an outside compressor to the motor and the duct simultaneously. This two way action enables to activate the belt system and gently move the cable through the line and also, that same action positively crushes stoppage.
Minimum requirement for air supply:
pressure 12 bar and airflow 1 m³/min.
(This will vary by Cable and Conduit size.)
To be used with air compressors. The machine provided wit all necessary fittings and adapters.
Universal Belt Packs For Varied Size Cables
Fiber Optic Cable Jetting Machine MiniSKY is delivered with four different belt sets which allows you to use ropes or cables of different diameters and provides maximum grip while it rotates easily and without damaging the cable.
Supported cable diameters:
2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16mm
Belt groups available:
• 2.5mm – 4mm
• 5mm – 8mm
• 9mm – 12mm
• 13mm – 16mm
Matching cable channels and sealing rings are supplied with each belt set.
HDPE Duct Compatibility
MiniSKY works with most common HDPE duct sizes. Should your application require a non-standard size, we can supply specials on request.
