MicroSky Cable Jetting Machine
Fiber Optic Cable Jetting Machine MicroSKY is an electric micro cable blowing machine which is smartly designed for blowing micro cables in HDPE ducts as small as 1 mm. Perfect for short-to-medium runs of fiber, this compact machine provides excellent control and performance, running at speeds of up to 100 metres per minute.
Its plug and play design and setup times bytes down to just the necessities making MicroSKY ideal for FTTH projects, in-building connectivity and outdoor deployments, or for any situation where simplicity and reliability are all that matters.
Electric-Powered, Ultra Portable
MicroSKY is designed to be powered by a standard EU electrical 220V supply and doesn’t require hydraulic or pneumatic motors. It relies on a built-in electric motor and drive wheels to softly push the cable through the duct using mechanical force.
In order to minimize friction inside the pipe and to allow the cable to move easily, MicroSKY must be used with an air compressor that provides 7 bar (102 PSI) pressure at the flow rate of 1m³/min (35 cubic feet per minute: approx. 1000 liters per minute).
Smart Cable Protection System
Your cables are precious — and fragile. And that is why MicroSKY is equipped with a sensor based cable safety system, which instantly senses and shuts down the machine on sensing a jam or resistance. This is advantageous in preventing microcable breakage, particularly during the installation process of the thin-diameter cable.
Change Drive Wheels in Seconds
The adaptability of Fiber Optic Cable Jetting Machine MicroSKY is quickly attuned regardless of whether you are doing delicate 1 mm cables or robust 6 mm ones. It comes with two sets of drive wheels that can be changed out easily and don’t require special tools. In mere moments, change from one cable size to another and keep your operation going.
