HydroSky Cable Jetting Machine
Fiber Optic Cable Jetting Machine HydroSKY is a high-performance fiber optic cable jetting system powered by a built-in hydraulic power unit. Engineered to handle challenging field conditions, this machine can insert fiber cables ranging from 6 mm to 24 mm into HDPE ducts with maximum stability and power.
At its core is a 9 HP Honda GX270 gasoline engine, delivering consistent hydraulic pressure through an integrated cooling and filtration system designed for long hours of uninterrupted use in infrastructure deployments.
Built for Power and Endurance
With the ability to produce 8 L/min of hydraulic flow and has a maximum of 20L of total oil capacity, the HyrdoSKY delivers when extra flow is needed for long cable-blowing. The removable control box can be easily moved to the best location within your tractor. All features are integrated in this “Cruise to the field!” System.

Great Thrust Speed, even more than 180 Metres Per Minute
You can push armored or standard fiber optic cable in this machine at speed up to 180 meters per minute (depending on cable type and diameter). It accommodates easily with air compressors to perform as air hydraulic.
Recommended air supply:
12 bar pressure
10 m³/min airflow
(Example: 40mm HDPE pipe)
Optional water injection can be added for less friction and further blowing distance when necessary.
Cable Jetting Powered by Hydraulic
And because only two hydraulic lines need to be connected to the power unit, Fiber Optic Cable Jetting Machine HydroSKY is up and running in no time. Easy transport and handling even on remote job sites thanks to the compact, ergonomic design.
A built in meter counter does the counting for you so you can keep track of your cable length during long distance install jobs. Under optimum conditions, the system is capable of being used for cable blowing up to a distance of 6000 meters (Performance is a function of duct length, cable type and bends).
Swappable Chain Sets
HydroSKY is suitable for different fiber cable diameters and for all type of chain drive belt systems.
Available chain set ranges:
• 4mm – 7mm
• 8mm – 13mm
• 14mm – 18mm
• 19mm – 24mm
Special HDPE duct adapters can also be produced for your projects.
